Care for Moms.

I care for moms throughout every stage of motherhood. I provide a safe place where you can find your true self, journeying with you to recognize the strengths you already possess, and providing support to uncover and face areas that are more tender and need healing. I help you navigate big feelings you have in response to motherhood, learn skills for responding to your little one’s big feelings, and to improve your sense of satisfaction in relationships. I will journey with you as you discover your own motherhood identity, and face barriers to living into a flourishing life. I offer practical parenting resources, access to support groups, and coordinated care with your medical providers.

Perinatal support.

While many women experience some mild mood changes during pregnancy or after the birth of a child, up to 1 in 5 moms (and 1 in 10 dads) experience more significant symptoms of depression or anxiety. With informed care you can prevent the worsening of these symptoms and can fully recover.

Creating the space.

It can be hard for moms to get away, especially in that first year. Whether you want to bring your baby with you to session, or meet from the convenience of your home, we will work together to create an arrangement so that you can get the care you need.
