Psychological Care that Holds You in Mind.

Therapy and testing in Houston, Texas. Telehealth in 40 U.S. states.

My practice

I am a doctoral-level psychologist providing individual, couple, and family therapy and psychological assessment services. I have a warm, compassionate, and collaborative interpersonal style. Exploring your goals for treatment, and using the best available research, I work with you to create a treatment plan to meet your needs.

I work with older adolescents (15+) and adults who are looking to experience more connection, hope, and meaning in their lives. I provide a safe space so that you can explore and address your concerns, discover your true self, and live into a more whole-hearted and joyful life. I will journey with you to recognize the strengths you already possess, and provide support to uncover and face areas that need care and healing. I help you understand what you value most, navigate difficult feelings, overcome barriers of change, and foster a more clear, meaningful, and purposeful direction for life. It is neither too early nor too late to start your healing journey. We can begin the work, wherever you find yourself.

“The roots of resilience…are to be found in the sense of being understood by and existing in the mind and heart of a loving, attuned, and self-possessed other.”

Providing you a safe space to grow

I believe that we are all better when we have someone whom we can trust to walk with us on our journey. Research shows that a good relationship with your therapist is essential to getting the most that you can out of therapy. I am passionate about connecting with people and providing a safe space where you can explore your concerns and receive psychological care tailored to fit your needs.
